My name is Samantha Reed, I'm a 26-year-old New Yorker and recent graduate of Rider University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.

Prior to journalism I was a theater major until my junior year, when I realized writing was my true passion. Besides writing and theater, I consider myself a foodie, a traveler, a shop-a-holic, a wino, and a Netflix specialist. I'm obsessed with my family, my friends, and my 13-year-old wheaten terrier Bono.

I freelance my writing to many online publications in hopes of reaching the masses and informing audiences on something they once might not have known. I love writing about all things current and particularly relevant to my generation.

Currently, I'm the associate editor at American Spa magazine, a Questex Media publication, based out of our NYC offices.
